My work consists of the continuous search for an invisible and impossible human "certainty". We are not concrete and tangible; we have to deal with the environment, the culture, and the habits in which we grow, anesthetize ourselves, and mold ourselves according to pre-established models. In my work, I try to shift my gaze to other spaces, where uncertainty becomes the habitat of human life. In an always different way, I search among the interstices of everyday life, bringing to the surface what we would like to hide, which makes us feel fragile. New worlds that reflect us, of which we would like but cannot deny the existence. In realizing the work, the inner state of mind is fundamental, the distance, the silence, the shadow, the memory, and the dissonances, voices that come from afar and remain etched in my shots—memories of a future that has already passed.
