I have traveled, starting in the areas of 2018's Vaia storm, through the scenarios of some of these phenomena. Far from journalistic and sensationalist interest, I have often slowed down and waited for the weather to take its course before traveling to the places affected by these events. The inertia that moves me is to search for the scars and witness how the marks left by these events endure over time and in turn become part of the landscape.
For this reason, an intimate vision prevails, laden with details and personal viewpoints; the news is gone, the shock has passed, and returning to these places responds to the need to regain care and attention for a wounded but equally strong and dignified landscape.
