"After Inferno" documents the aftermath of the arson they cause to those areas and their inhabitants.
As in a continuous cycle, the fire, once consumed, always leaves the same sensations:
The acrid smell of burnt plants and trees
The roar of chainsaws clearing the undergrowth
The sound of the helicopter flying over the trees
The displaced
According to data collected thanks to the Copernicus satellite from 2006 to today, 2021 is the year with the greatest extent of burnt area (150,552 hectares) followed by 2017 (140,214 hectares).
The rise in temperatures, drought, and the acceleration taken by the desertification in the entire European area do nothing but increase the number of fires in our country.
Faced with these events, how can Man better himself so that "Inferno" does not repeat itself?
