D'apres nature is a selection of fifteen images that I have taken in recent years in man-made settings or at least not far from roads, railroads cities or housing. I intentionally tried not to show juxtapositions between the urban the rural, the artificial and the natural.
This project is not based on the need to show the beauty of nature but the overlap between elements: trees, branches, leaves, water, soil, artifacts, light and shadow.
I am interested in investigating the perception of nature and our relationship with it through the medium of photography.
These images would like to provoke reflections on the visible world and the things that lie outside our physical perception, aspire to represent our inner dimension with the lights and shadows that characterize it.
