The name of the hypothetical process of modifying the atmosphere, temperature, topography, and ecology of a solid celestial body (such as a planet or natural satellite) until it is in a position to support an ecosystem with living beings living on Earth is Terraforming. This project documents the interaction between workers and their machines with the rough soil in my hometown, Arujá. This interaction increases the cement mesh and distorts my memories of this small and green city. The proposal is to build a series of aerial photographs of scenes that show this interaction and the physical marks on the soil. As a stimulus, the hypothetical process known as Terraformation was used as an abstract guide to finding the photographic clippings that make up the final result of this project. The photographic clippings proposed in this project serve as a stimulus, as a starting point for the physical marks produced on Earth to be viewed in another way. In addition to the human action perpetrated in the great forests, there are so many micro-actions performed in the small and large cities that, in the opposite direction of Terraforming, they are changing the atmosphere, temperature, topography, and ecology of a solid celestial body, the Earth, until leave it - probably - in inadequate conditions to support an ecosystem with living things. This is Terradeformação/Terradeformation.
