My project is a poem about Material Fatigue.
I shoot life with a 35mm camera. How it is viewed through my eyes, not just as a private confessional act, but rather something that emerges from the inside outwards- An image of the whole world presented in a process of aging, pertaining to its end.
The book holds a photographic narrative that presents tiny cracks, endless cycles, and The Concrete bearing witness to its unique temporary self.
I try to describe the durability of the inner environment as a condition of our very existence,
The material’s transition from the living entirety, to death- Crumbling, eroding and dissolving.
