This series employs the visual experience of glasses fogging up by wearing a face mask as an expressive medium, to convey the uncertainty with which we look towards both present and future. Going out for a walk has never been so complicated; during the pandemic it can feel like a mission. Behind the mask, the warmth of the breath envelops the skin, yet it offers no consolation. Within a few steps, the heart beats faster, following the rhythm of the breath; people and objects momentarily lose their shape. Our distance from the reality we once thought we knew is growing, as is the distance between people.
