In the context of the era of "supporting the Great Northwest", some resource-based cities have emerged. I was born in a resource-based city in Gansu Province, and my growth was accompanied by the presence of heavy industry in the city. One day, this city will also become a resource-depleted city, and over time it will leave people's vision. I used photography to document the "portraits" of these industrial landscapes. And investigated their history, unrecorded stories and forgotten memories.
